Experience
I am experienced in helping clients with anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, relationship and attachment issues and trauma, including early childhood developmental trauma.
In addition to my private practice, have worked with adults in various settings, including Portsmouth Abuse and Rape Counselling Service (PARCS), Portsmouth Counselling Service and Portsmouth University Counselling Service.
I have also worked in the public and private sector as a management consultant and as a trainer and educator in the field of emotional health and wellbeing, promoting awareness of the importance of emotional health and wellbeing and the knowledge, tools and techniques we can use to support good mental and emotional health.
